Pogaca Yeast Leavened Premix, 500 g of wheat flour, 1.5 cups (150 ml) of liquid oil or 200 g of softened butter to taste, 1.5 cups (150 ml) of warm milk, 1-2 cups (100-200 ml) of warm water, 2-3 teaspoons of salt, 1 egg yolk (for topping) are mixed to prepare the dough.
